Meta Ads Operator / Creative Testing Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads)

Overview We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Meta Ads Operator to manage advertising campaigns across a portfolio of eCommerce brands. This is not a traditional media buying role where you will be responsible for developing overall advertising strategy. We already have proven campaign structures and testing systems in place. Your primary responsibility will be launching creative tests, monitoring campaign performance, identifying winning ads, and pausing underperformers. If you enjoy working with data, following systems, and making daily optimization decisions, this role is a great fit. What You'll Be Doing Daily Campaign Management Review performance across multiple Meta ad accounts. Monitor active CBO campaigns. Ensure campaigns are spending properly and delivering correctly. Verify campaign structures and naming conventions are maintained. Monitor account health and flag any unusual activity. Creative Testing Launch new ad sets with fresh creative batches. Upload new video ads, images, hooks, and angles. Follow our testing framework and SOPs. Track performance of all creative tests. Identify winning and losing creatives. Optimization Pause underperforming ads based on KPI targets. Scale winning creatives according to company guidelines. Monitor CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversion metrics. Ensure budgets are allocated efficiently. Maintain clean account structures. Reporting Update daily and weekly reporting sheets. Track creative winners and losers. Document learnings from tests. Communicate insights back to the creative team. What Success Looks Like A successful candidate will: Launch creative tests consistently. Quickly identify winning creatives. Efficiently cut losing creatives. Maintain organized ad accounts. Provide accurate reporting. Help improve account efficiency through strong execution. Required Experience Experience using Meta Ads Manager. Experience running or managing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. Understanding of CBO campaign structures. Strong analytical skills. Comfortable working with spreadsheets and performance reports. Strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple ad accounts simultaneously. Nice to Have Experience with Shopify brands. Experience working with agencies or multiple brands. Experience using Triple Whale, Hyros, Northbeam, or similar attribution platforms. Understanding of creative testing frameworks.
