The more profitable your campaigns become, the more you earn. **There is no cap on performance-based earnings.** # Your Responsibilities As our Meta Ads Partner, you will: * Plan, launch, and manage Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns. * Develop advertising strategies for customer acquisition and scaling. * Research audiences and test targeting strategies. * Test and optimize creatives, copy, and offers. * Monitor campaign performance and improve profitability. * Scale winning campaigns responsibly. * Stay up to date with Meta advertising policies and best practices. * Share performance insights and recommendations for continued growth. * Fund the advertising spend for the campaigns you manage as part of this performance-based partnership. # My Responsibilities As the owner of Pawsy, I will: * Own and manage the Pawsy brand and Shopify store. * Source products and manage supplier relationships. * Coordinate order fulfillment. * Handle customer service, refunds, and post-purchase support. * Improve website conversion rate and overall store optimization. * Manage business operations, legal, accounting, and administrative responsibilities. * Provide access to the Meta Business Manager, ad account, Meta Pixel, and store reporting. * Calculate profits transparently and pay your agreed profit share on schedule. # Compensation This is a **performance-based partnership**.
