Summary

We're looking for an experienced Meta Ads Performance Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising for our Shopify store. Our goal is to increase profitable sales through Facebook and Instagram advertising. Responsibilities Create ad creatives, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns Research and test target audiences Test different ad creatives and copy Optimize campaigns for conversions and ROAS Scale winning campaigns while controlling ad spend Monitor KPIs including CPA, CTR, CPC and ROAS Provide weekly performance reports and recommendations Requirements Proven experience managing Meta Ads for Shopify/eCommerce brands Strong understanding of conversion campaigns Experience scaling profitable campaigns Excellent analytical skills Good communication Compensation $5–8/hour to start 10 hours max per week Opportunity for a performance bonus if agreed targets are achieved Long-term opportunity for the right candidate
