Initial ad spend budget: approximately $500 total, starting around $35/day for 14 days. Project Overview I am looking for an experienced Meta Ads specialist to set up and optimize a paid advertising campaign for a digital product funnel. The product suite is designed for coaches, consultants and service-based business owners who want to use AI more strategically in their business. The first product we are promoting is: 25 AI Workflows for Coaches & Consultants - $17 This is the front-end offer. Buyers are then shown an optional $20 upgrade to the complete AI Workflow Accelerator Kit. I already have the funnel strategy, product files, page copy, email sequences and ad creatives. I need a Meta Ads specialist to set up the campaign correctly, verify tracking, launch the first test, monitor performance and make practical optimization recommendations. This job is for Meta Ads only. No Google Ads. Product Suite The complete product suite includes: AI Workspace Readiness Scorecard & Action Plan 25 AI Workflows for Coaches & Consultants Prompt-to-Process Builder AI Workflow Accelerator Kit - complete bundle The first campaign will promote: 25 AI Workflows for Coaches & Consultants Future campaigns may test the other products and the complete bundle after the first product has been validated. Funnel Structure Traffic goes to the 25 AI Workflows sales page. Customer purchases for $17. After purchase, customer is redirected to a Complete Kit Upgrade Page. Customer can: Add the full bundle for $20 more, or Decline and receive only the $17 product There is also a direct bundle purchase page for the full kit at $47, but the first campaign should focus on the $17 front-end offer unless you recommend otherwise after reviewing the funnel. Target Market Primary geography: United States Optional secondary geography: Canada Target buyer: Coaches Consultants Service-based business owners Small business owners Online educators Course creators Business coaches Marketing consultants Professional development providers AI-curious entrepreneurs Age range guideline: 35-64 Primary language: English Campaign Goal The goal is not traffic, likes, engagement or leads. The goal is purchases. Please set up the campaign to optimize for the relevant purchase or custom conversion event. Do not use boosted posts, traffic campaigns, engagement campaigns or lead-form campaigns unless you have a very strong reason and explain it first. Initial Campaign Structure Recommended starting structure: Campaign: Sales objective Website conversion Optimize for the $17 product purchase conversion Campaign budget or one clean ad set budget Starting budget approximately $35/day Ad Set: United States primary targeting Canada optional only if recommended Broad or Advantage+ audience with relevant audience suggestions Advantage+ placements Exclude purchasers where possible Ads: I will provide static ad creatives in square and vertical formats. Initial ad angles include: Practical AI workflows for coaches and consultants Stop using random prompts / use repeatable workflows Build your first AI workflow system Please create the ad variations using the provided creative and copy. You may recommend minor headline or primary-text refinements, but this is not a full copywriting project. Tracking Requirements Before launch, please verify that tracking works properly. Required tracking: $17 product purchase $20 bundle upgrade purchase $47 direct bundle purchase Page visits to key funnel pages UTMs on all ads Please coordinate with the AWeber funnel builder if needed. The AWeber person is responsible for installing the Pixel on pages, but I want the ads freelancer to verify that events / custom conversions are firing correctly before launching spend. Required UTM Structure Please use clear UTMs on all ads. Example: utm_source=meta utm_medium=paid_social utm_campaign=25_ai_workflows_v1 utm_content=creative_angle_name Each creative should have a different utm_content value so we can see which angle is producing purchases. Deliverables Please deliver: Meta campaign setup Ad set setup Ads uploaded and configured UTM tracking added Pixel and conversion tracking verified Purchaser exclusions reviewed Campaign launched after my approval Daily monitoring during the first 3 days Ongoing monitoring during the 14-day test Optimization recommendations Basic performance report at the end of the test The final report should include: Spend Impressions CPM Link clicks CTR Cost per click Landing page views if available Purchases Cost per purchase Upgrade purchases if tracked Revenue if available Best performing creative Weakest creative Recommendation to continue, pause, revise or scale What I Will Provide I will provide: Product sales page URL Upgrade page URL Thank-you page URLs Product descriptions Ad copy Static ad creatives Brand colors Meta Business Manager access Pixel access Funnel structure Initial ad budget guidance Product pricing Purchase conversion details Timeline I would like the campaign ready to launch as soon as the AWeber funnel is completed and tested.
