Meta Ads Specialist (Long-Term Partnership) We're looking for an experienced Meta Ads Specialist to join our team on a long-term basis. We help businesses generate leads through a combination of paid advertising, CRM automation, and sales systems built inside GoHighLevel. Responsibilities: * Create and manage Meta ad campaigns * Monitor and optimize campaign performance * Test audiences, creatives, and offers * Track lead quality and cost per lead * Work alongside our team to improve landing pages and funnels * Provide recommendations for scaling successful campaigns Requirements: * Experience running Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads * Strong understanding of lead generation campaigns * Ability to read and interpret campaign data * Good communication skills * Reliable and available for long-term work Nice to Have: * Experience with GoHighLevel * Experience with local service businesses * Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms When applying, please include: 1.
