I run a strategic branding and identity consultancy for founders and executives (thebrandstoryteller.com). I have an established organic content system (newsletter, LinkedIn, podcast) and a defined offer ladder starting with a $499 diagnostic session that leads into $1,500-$18,000 strategic engagements. I need to build a Facebook/Instagram paid traffic campaign that feeds cold audiences into a funnel. I'm not looking for an ecommerce or lead-gen-volume specialist. I need someone who has specifically run paid social for coaches, consultants, or expert-led service businesses where the immediate conversion event is a paid ticket offer designed to upsell into higher-ticket work. Scope of work: Meta Ads Manager account setup/audit, Pixel and Conversions API implementation Audience strategy and creative testing framework (I have brand voice and messaging assets already; you don't need to write my copy from scratch, but you should know how to brief and test variations) Landing page/booking flow review and optimization recommendations (I use [tool/CRM name]) Weekly reporting on CAC, cost per booked call, and show-up rate, not just CPM/CTR vanity metrics Ongoing testing and iteration cadence You are a strong fit if: You can show me a case study where the ad funnel's conversion event was a paid session or call, not a free lead magnet or webinar You understand the difference between optimizing for cost-per-lead and optimizing for cost-per-*qualified*-booked-call You've worked with solo consultants/coaches/personal brands, not just product/ecommerce clients To apply, answer these directly (I will not consider applications that don't) 1.
