Marketing Manager (Long-Term Contract) – Paintless Dent Repair We are an established Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) company looking for a long-term marketing partner to take ownership of our digital marketing efforts and help us continue scaling. We already have an established brand, existing marketing assets, and GoHighLevel CRM in place. We’re looking for someone who can improve and optimize what we’ve built while creating new campaigns and content that consistently generate high-quality leads. This is not just a social media management role. We’re looking for someone who understands the entire customer journey—from content creation and paid advertising to lead generation, CRM automation, and campaign optimization. Compensation ● $2,000/month management retainer ● Advertising spend is funded separately by us and is not included in the monthly retainer. Our ideal partner is proactive, data-driven, and focused on measurable business results. As we expand into additional markets, we’re looking for someone who can grow with us long term. Our primary KPIs are Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Cost Per Drop/Booked Appointment. We’re looking for someone who understands how to consistently lower acquisition costs while maintaining lead quality and increasing conversion rates. Upwork Screening Questions 1. Please provide 2–3 case studies of local lead generation campaigns you personally managed. Include industry, monthly ad spend, Cost Per Lead, Cost Per Booked Appointment (or Cost Per Drop), results achieved, and your role in the campaign. 2. Please provide a portfolio of short-form videos, Reels, TikToks, and ad creatives that you personally created or directed. Tell us what performed best and why. 3. Please provide screenshots from Meta Ads Manager showing campaign performance. Sensitive information may be blurred, but metrics such as Cost Per Lead, conversions, and spend should remain visible. 4. Please share examples of GoHighLevel systems you’ve built or managed, including workflows, automations, pipelines, lead routing, forms, and follow-up campaigns. 5. What is the lowest Cost Per Lead you’ve achieved for a local service business? What was the industry, and how did you accomplish it? 6. If our Cost Per Lead suddenly increased by 40%, what would be the first five things you would review before making changes? 7. Have you worked with automotive, Paintless Dent Repair (PDR), hail repair, collision repair, roofing, or other local service businesses? If so, please describe your experience. 8. If a major hail storm hit tomorrow and we needed campaigns live within two hours, what would your process look like from content creation through lead capture? 9. Who creates your content—you, your internal team, freelancers, or subcontractors? Please explain your process. 10. Why do you believe you’re the right long-term marketing partner for our company, and what differentiates you from other applicants?
