I'm looking for an experienced Meta Ads specialist to become a long-term partner for Reset Journeys, a premium women's wellness retreat brand based in Crete, Greece. This is not a typical travel business. We create transformational retreat experiences for women experiencing burnout, overwhelm, major life transitions, and the need to reconnect with themselves. The buying decision is emotional, trust-based, and often takes time. I'm looking for someone who understands how to market transformation—not just holidays. What you'll be doing • Build a complete Meta Ads strategy • Create high-converting Facebook & Instagram campaigns • Test different audiences and creative angles • Set up and optimize conversion tracking • Manage and optimize campaigns weekly • Reduce cost per qualified lead • Improve landing page conversions where appropriate • Advise on the best ad creatives and messaging • Help scale campaigns as bookings grow The ideal person has experience with Women's wellness brands Retreats, coaching or transformational experiences High-ticket offers (€1,000+) Emotional storytelling in advertising Lead generation campaigns Conversion-focused funnels Meta Pixel and Conversion API A/B testing Copy that creates trust rather than pressure Experience in travel alone isn't enough.
