HARD REQUIREMENTS (Read This First): SOLO FREELANCER ONLY - No agencies, teams, white-label, or outsourcing Must have: - Minimum 2 years managing Meta ads for D2C ecommerce brands - Minimum $30K+ monthly ad spend experience (provide proof) - 30+ hours per week availability - Fluent English (written and spoken) IMMEDIATE DISQUALIFIERS If any of these apply to you, do not apply: - You run an agency or work with a team - You're managing 15+ active clients and can't dedicate time - You've never scaled a D2C brand past $10K/month in ad spend - You can't provide account screenshots or case studies - You plan to delegate or outsource any part of this work WHO WE ARE: We're a fast-growing D2C pet brand operating across multiple international markets. We help dogs and cats relieve stress and anxiety through our product line. Our team is fully remote with freelancers from around the world. We operate like a startup: fast decisions, no bureaucracy, and results matter more than hours logged. We care about what you can do and how fast you can learn what you don't know yet. THE JOB: You'll manage Meta ad accounts end-to-end across multiple markets: - Daily optimization, creative testing, budget scaling - Collaborate with video editor and creative team on new angles and hooks - Upload creative batches, launch campaigns, kill underperformers fast - Work with CRO team to align landing pages with ad messaging - Use AI tools to speed up workflow and ideation This is hands-on account management with full ownership, not task execution.
