Meta Ads Video Editor (AI + UGC)

We're looking for a highly creative video editor to join our team and help produce high-performing Meta ads. This is not a basic editing role. We're specifically looking for someone who is already experienced with AI-generated content and knows how to blend it seamlessly with organic footage to create compelling direct-response ads. MUSTS - Strong experience editing Meta/Facebook/Instagram ads Advanced knowledge of AI video generation tools (Seedance 2, VEO 3, strong experience with ElevenLabs for AI voice generation) - Ability to combine AI-generated footage, UGC content, stock footage, organic footage - Understanding of pacing, hooks, retention, and direct-response advertising - Ability to collaborate with other editors and follow established creative processes What We're Looking For - We want editors who are genuinely skilled with AI tools and understand how to use them creatively. We're not looking for people who have watched a few tutorials and added AI to their profile. If you're experienced with AI-generated content, understand performance marketing, and can create ads that feel natural and engaging, we'd love to hear from you.
