Meta Ads Media Buyer for Dental Implant Marketing Agency We are looking for a full time Meta Ads Media Buyer to join our agency as a long term partner and become part of our extended team. This is not a freelance gig where you jump between industries. We are focused on helping dental implant practices generate consultations and high value cases, and we are looking for someone who understands performance marketing and wants to grow with us. Initial compensation is up to $1,700 per month for the right candidate, with opportunities for growth based on performance and results. What We Need You must have proven experience running Meta Ads for dental practices, preferably dental implants, All on 4, full arch, cosmetic dentistry, or other high value dental treatments. You should be comfortable with: • Managing and scaling campaigns with $2,000+ daily ad spend • Creating and testing new ad angles • Writing ad copy that converts • Using AI tools to generate creative concepts, hooks, scripts, and variations • Working with video editors and creative teams • Building and optimizing campaign structures • Meta Conversion API setup and troubleshooting • Lead quality optimization • Understanding patient acquisition funnels from click to booked appointment • Reading and interpreting CRM and attribution data • Daily account monitoring and optimization Monday through Friday What Success Looks Like You know how to scale accounts while maintaining lead quality and cost per acquisition. You understand the difference between generating cheap leads and generating implant consultations that actually show up and start treatment. You can clearly explain why campaigns are working, what needs improvement, and where opportunities exist. Application Instructions To be considered, please submit the following: 1.
