Meta Ads specialist to set up Ad campaigns & audiences

We’re an Australia-based women’s event and collective community space focused on wellness, connection and community building. We’re looking for an experienced Meta Ads specialist to help us set up the backend of our advertising in Meta Business Suite. We already have all creative assets ready to go and need support setting up a strong foundation for future campaigns. Scope of work: * Set up multiple audience segments in Meta Business Suite * Launch one trial ad campaign * Provide a performance report with recommendations for improvement Requirements: * Proven experience with Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns * Strong English communication skills * Experience building audience strategies and campaign structures * Ability to communicate clearly and explain your recommendations We work remotely and value transparent, open communication.
