Meta Business Verification Specialist: Diagnose Two Rejections Before Third Submission
Worldwide
Description We are a UAE free zone technology company. Our Meta business verification has been rejected twice. We are preparing a third submission and we understand attempts may be limited, so we do not want to spend this one on a guess. We are not looking for someone to submit on our behalf. We want an experienced specialist to diagnose why the first two attempts failed, tell us exactly what to change, and confirm the document set before we go again. We believe we hold the correct documentation. We need that judgement confirmed or corrected by someone who has recovered rejected cases and knows what Meta reviewers accept in practice rather than what the help centre states. How we expect this to run Discovery call. We walk you through the full background: the entity, both rejections, what we submitted each time, the app that moved portfolios, and where we are heading with Tech Provider status. You ask whatever you need to ask. You request documentation. You tell us exactly what you want to see. We supply the trade licence, the rejection notices, portfolio screenshots, domain records, and anything else on your list. You go away and do the work. We are not expecting answers on the call. We want a considered assessment based on the actual documents, not a first impression. You come back with a written verdict. Specifically what is wrong, specifically what to change, and specifically what to submit. Clear enough that we can act on it without further interpretation. We resubmit together on a screen share, with us doing the clicking, once you confirm we are ready. If your process is to take account access and start submitting, this is not the right job for you. Background UAE free zone registered entity with a current trade licence Verified domain and a live company website on that domain Two rejections. We will share the exact rejection notices and screenshots on hire Current submission is for WhatsApp Business Account registration We will separately pursue Tech Provider status later, as we are building a platform that will message on behalf of client businesses. We want the third submission structured so it does not create problems for that step Our Meta app was temporarily moved out of our portfolio during a technical issue, which we suspect affected our standing What we want from you at the end of step 4 The actual cause of both rejections, stated plainly A checklist of every field and document that must change, and what it must change to The final document set to upload, named Your assessment of whether we are ready to submit, or whether we should escalate first Confirmation of how many attempts remain and what our options are if this one fails Screening questions How many rejected Meta verifications have you recovered, and how many attempts had those clients already burned? Have you handled a UAE or GCC free zone entity? If so, which free zone, and which supporting documents were accepted? In your experience, does the rejection reason Meta displays usually match the real cause? If not, what do you look at instead? How many verification attempts does Meta permit per business portfolio, and what are the options once those are exhausted? What documents would you want from us before giving an opinion, and roughly how long would your review take? Please confirm you can work without holding any role on our business portfolio.
