Meta Business Verification Specialist

**Meta Business Verification & WhatsApp Business Onboarding Specialist – Per Client** We are a **Meta Partner** looking for an experienced freelancer to handle **Meta Business verification and WhatsApp Business Platform onboarding for our clients**. We already manage multiple client accounts and are looking for a reliable specialist who can take ownership of the verification/onboarding process for each assigned client from start to completion. ### Responsibilities For each assigned client, you will be responsible for: * Reviewing the client's **Meta Business Portfolio / Business Manager** setup. * Checking business verification requirements and identifying missing information or documents. * Guiding us and/or the client on the documents and information required by Meta. * Managing and following up on the **Meta Business Verification** process. * Setting up and reviewing the client's **WhatsApp Business Account (WABA)**. * Assisting with WhatsApp Business Platform onboarding requirements. * Adding and verifying business phone numbers when required. * Reviewing business information, website/domain, business details, and other Meta requirements. * Troubleshooting rejected or pending verification cases. * Handling relevant Meta support cases and following up until resolution. * Providing clear updates on each client's status, missing requirements, and next actions. * Ensuring the account is properly prepared for WhatsApp Business Platform usage. ### Engagement Model This is **not a full-time position**. We want to work with a freelancer on a **fixed-price, per-client basis**. For example: **1 Client = 1 Verification / Onboarding Project** If the cooperation is successful, we expect to provide **ongoing client accounts** for verification and onboarding. ### Required Experience You should have hands-on experience with: * Meta Business Portfolio / Business Manager * Meta Business Verification * WhatsApp Business Platform * WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) * Phone Number Registration / Verification * Meta Business Suite * Meta Support Cases * Business verification troubleshooting **Experience working with Meta Partners, Tech Providers, BSPs, or WhatsApp Business Platform providers is highly preferred.** ### Important We are **not looking for:** * Social Media Managers * Facebook Ads Specialists * General Digital Marketing Specialists We specifically need someone with **hands-on experience in Meta Business Verification and WhatsApp Business Platform onboarding**. ### When Applying Please answer the following: 1.
