Meta Conversion API (CAPI) Installation

Summary

I currently have about 9 Meta ad accounts that need conversion tracking fully set up and tested. I already got one account working for using Meta Business Suite Lead Center, and I would prefer to set up the other accounts the same way if possible. Current Setup We are using Facebook Instant Forms, not landing pages. Leads come from Meta lead forms. The leads are tracked in Google Sheets and/or GoHighLevel. After a lead comes in, we call the homeowner and update whether they are fake, qualified, booked, or sold. The goal is to send better quality signals back to Meta so the ad accounts optimize for qualified leads and booked appointments, not just raw form submissions. What I Need Done Audit the current CAPI / CRM / Lead Center setup for the account that is already working. Replicate that setup across the other Meta ad accounts where possible. Connect each ad account, page, lead form, pixel/dataset, and Lead Center setup correctly. Make sure conversion events are being sent back properly, including: Lead Non Qualified Lead Schedule / QUALIFIED Purchase / CONVERTED Verify that each account is sending events back to the correct pixel/dataset. Make sure events appear correctly inside Meta Events Manager. Check for errors, duplicate events, poor event match quality, missing permissions, or broken access. Important Requirement I would prefer these accounts to be set up through Meta Business Suite Lead Center if possible, because I already have one account working that way. If Lead Center is not the best option for a specific account, explain why and recommend the cleanest alternative. Requirements Must have experience with: Meta Business Suite Lead Center Meta Events Manager Meta Conversions API Facebook Instant Forms Meta Lead Ads CRM based conversion tracking GoHighLevel, preferred Pixel/dataset setup Access tokens and permissions Testing events inside Events Manager Experience with home service lead generation is a plus. Ideal Outcome All ad accounts should have clean tracking. Meta should receive conversion feedback when leads become qualified, appointments are booked, and jobs are sold if that data is available. I need someone who can audit what is already working, duplicate the setup across the other accounts, and make sure everything is firing correctly.
