We are two performance marketers running paid ads for fast-growing e-commerce brands across health, wellness, lifestyle, and premium consumer products. We don't need someone to execute.
We need someone who shows up and challenges us. You will sit alongside us — not below us. You bring your own angles. You read the data and tell us what to test next. You look at a winning creative and already know why it's winning. You look at a dead creative and already know why it died. If you've never built a creative strategy from scratch — don't apply.

If you need us to explain the difference between an avatar and a demographic — don't apply.
If your portfolio is full of pretty fashion shots and generic dropship ads — don't apply. We've worked with designers before. They were talented. They made beautiful things. Nothing converted. We're done with that. What You'll Do: * Analyze existing ad creatives and tell us exactly why they're working or dying — with data to back it up * Build creative strategies from scratch — avatars, sub-avatars, micro angles, awareness levels, hooks, ad angles * Translate a micro angle and avatar into a high-converting visual concept independently * Design and produce the creatives yourself — single images, carousels, comparison ads, proof-based visuals * Generate realistic AI people — matched lighting, matched skin tone, indistinguishable from real photography * Composite product shots, lifestyle visuals, and AI-generated scenes into clean conversion-focused creatives * Deliver multiple variations per angle — built for split testing * Come to us with new angles we haven't thought of yet * Iterate based on performance data — not aesthetics, not opinions, not feelings You Already Know: * How to build and define avatars, sub-avatars, and micro angles * How awareness levels work and how they change the creative approach * What makes a hook stop the scroll vs get ignored * How to read Meta ad data and extract creative insights from it * How visual hierarchy works in a performance creative * Which AI tool wins for which job — Midjourney, Firefly, Generative Fill, or whatever gets the result * How to make AI-generated people look real — not AI. Real. * Why some creatives scale past $1000 spend and others die at $150 You Have: * A portfolio of Meta ad creatives that actually ran and actually performed — with context on why * Experience building creative strategies for e-commerce brands — not just executing briefs * Strong Photoshop and compositing skills — scene-building, lighting, retouching * The ability to look at a brand, understand the avatar, and come back with angles we haven't considered * A track record of working directly alongside media buyers or performance marketers * The hunger to get better — not just to deliver and move on We Offer: * Long-term collaboration — we're building something, not hiring for a project * Consistent work with real performance feedback and clear direction * Access to high-level marketing courses and resources — the kind most people pay thousands for * Competitive pay based on quality, strategy, and output * A seat at the table — not a task list To Apply Three things: * Who you are, your background in performance marketing and creative strategy, and why this role fits you * Your image ad creatives portfolio only — no branding work, no social media posts, no videos.
