Overview We're a direct-response marketing agency that sells info and digital products (courses, coaching, memberships, masterminds). We need a Meta ad designer who lives and breathes launch graphics — someone who can turn a raw offer into thumb-stopping ad creative that converts cold traffic. This isn't "make it pretty" design work. This is conversion-focused, direct-response design built for the Meta feed. You understand that the goal is the click and the opt-in, not a design award. What You'll Do Design static and short-form Meta ad creative (feed, Stories, Reels covers) for info product campaigns Build full creative sets for summit launches, webinar launches, and challenge launches Create scroll-stopping hooks, headline treatments, and pattern interrupts that work in a busy feed Produce multiple variations per concept for split testing (angles, hooks, formats) Adapt winning creative into fresh iterations quickly Design supporting assets when needed: event banners, opt-in page headers, registration graphics Must-Have Experience Proven track record designing Meta ads for info products / digital products (courses, coaching, digital offers) Direct experience creating graphics for summits, webinar launches, and challenge launches Strong grasp of direct-response principles — you know what makes an ad convert, not just look good Fluent in Meta ad specs and formats (feed, Stories, Reels) Fast turnaround and comfortable producing high volume for testing Skilled in Figma, Photoshop, or Canva (whatever gets it done cleanly) Nice to Have Familiarity with funnel-based launches (ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, etc.) Experience with the "guru"/creator economy aesthetic Basic short-form video / motion editing To Apply Please include: A portfolio (or 3–5 samples) of Meta ad creative you've designed — ideally for summits, webinars, or challenges One line on a launch you worked on and how the creative performed (if you have the numbers) Your typical turnaround time for a set of 5–10 ad variations Include the word "CONVERT" at the top of your application so we know you read this Applications without relevant info product / launch samples won't be considered.
