Meta Developer App Setup — WhatsApp Cloud API & Facebook Messenger Webhook

I need an experienced Meta/Facebook developer to set up two API integrations for my e-commerce business. This is a configuration task only — no coding required, just Meta Developer console setup. Should take no more than 30-60 minutes for an experienced person. I have a verified Meta Business Portfolio with an approved WhatsApp Business Account already set up. The only blocker is that my developer account registration is being blocked by a device trust security check, which means I cannot create the Meta app myself. Task 1 — WhatsApp Cloud API App: Create a Meta Developer app inside my Business Portfolio Add the WhatsApp product to the app Link it to my existing WhatsApp Business Account and phone number Generate a permanent access token Deliver: App ID, App Secret, and Permanent Access Token Task 2 — Facebook Messenger Webhook: Add Messenger product to the same app Subscribe it to my Facebook Business Page Register a Make.com webhook URL (I will provide this) Subscribe to the "messages" webhook field Deliver: Page Access Token for the Facebook Page Important Requirements: All apps must be created inside my Business Portfolio — not on your personal account Work must be done via screen share (Zoom/TeamViewer/Google Meet) so I can observe the entire process You will be removed from the app immediately after completion Temporary Page admin access may be granted if required and will be revoked straight after Final Deliverables: App ID App Secret WhatsApp Permanent Access Token Facebook Page Access Token for Messenger Confirmation webhook is live and receiving test messages Skills Required: Meta for Developers, WhatsApp Business Cloud API, Facebook Graph API, Make.com knowledge is a bonus but not essential Project Type: Fixed price Timeline: Within 24-48 hours
