Business Video Solutions (BVS) is a performance marketing agency that specializes in creating high-converting Meta (Facebook & Instagram) video ads for local service businesses across the United States. We don't create cinematic videos for the sake of looking pretty. Every edit is designed to generate leads, stop the scroll, and drive conversions. We're looking for a talented editor who understands direct response marketing and knows how to create videos that sell. You'll primarily edit: Meta (Facebook & Instagram) video ads Founder talking head videos Customer testimonial ads Case study videos Short-form vertical videos (9:16) Occasionally YouTube and social media content You MUST understand: Strong hooks in the first 3 seconds Fast pacing Pattern interrupts Retention editing Scroll-stopping visuals B-roll selection Motion graphics Animated captions Sound design Storytelling focused on conversions This is NOT a position for someone who only knows how to make videos look nice. We're looking for someone who understands marketing psychology and edits with the goal of generating leads. Requirements Expert in or DaVinci Resolve- NO CAPCUT Experience editing Meta ads Strong motion graphics skills Excellent subtitle and caption design Can source and integrate high-quality stock footage when needed Able to organize footage efficiently Fast turnaround times Strong English communication Reliable internet Detail oriented Experience editing for: Home services Contractors Roofing Landscaping Dental Medical Automotive Local businesses Our best editors: Know exactly where viewers will drop off Continuously improve hooks and pacing Make every second count Can produce multiple unique versions from the same footage Understand A/B testing and creative iteration Take feedback well and improve quickly Daily Expectations Edit 2-4 Meta ads per day Deliver revisions quickly Organize project files Upload completed edits on time Communicate proactively with the team To Apply-Please send: Your best 3-5 Meta ad examples.
