Meta Expert For Growing Irish Ad Agency

I'm looking to connect with an experienced Meta Ads specialist who may be interested in working with Ignition Digital on a freelance basis. The standard we're aiming for is extremely high. Our goal is to deliver best in class paid media for every client we work with, so we're looking for someone who is genuinely an expert rather than someone who simply manages Meta campaigns. You should have significant hands on experience with modern Meta account structures, prospecting, retargeting, creative testing, audience strategy, scaling budgets profitably and performance analysis. I'm looking for someone who keeps up with the latest changes to the platform and has a clear strategic approach rather than relying on outdated tactics. Ideally you'll be based in Ireland as we'd like to build a close working relationship, but if you have exceptional experience we're happy to hear from you wherever you're based.
