UK Meta/Facebook Ads Manager — Own Ad Account Required

I need a UK-based Facebook/Meta Ads specialist who has their own established Meta Business Manager and ad account to run lead generation campaigns on behalf of my solar lead-gen business. This is the one non-negotiable requirement — please only apply if you have a genuinely aged, unrestricted Meta ad account with a real track record of running client campaigns. I provide the strategy, targeting, budget, and creative (images, copy, audience direction) — you execute campaigns in your own Ads Manager, publish them, and manage day-to-day optimization (pausing underperformers, scaling winners) based on my direction. You'll report performance back to me regularly, ideally with viewer/analyst access on your Business Manager so I can see live data myself. The campaigns target UK homeowners, driving traffic to a qualifying landing page for solar panel eligibility checks. Experience with lead generation (not just e-commerce/brand awareness) and familiarity with UK advertising standards (ASA) for regulated or sensitive claims is a strong plus. This is an ongoing, part-time role to start (roughly 5-15 hours/month depending on campaign activity), with potential to grow as client volume increases. I'm looking for someone reliable, communicative, and comfortable working from a clear brief rather than needing heavy strategic hand-holding.
