Meta/Facebook Ads specialist

We're looking for a remote Meta Ads Manager at Puzzle Inbox. The Meta Ads Manager will plan, build, and optimize performance campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and related properties) to drive high-quality leads and conversions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting audience and competitor research, creating and testing ad creatives and copy, setting up tracking and pixels, and managing budgets and bidding strategies. The role involves monitoring performance dashboards, running A/B tests, and making data-driven adjustments to improve ROAS and other key metrics. The Meta Ads Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and creative teams to align campaigns with client goals, support reporting, and contribute to ongoing experimentation and growth initiatives. Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including clear written reporting and collaborative cross-functional communication. Sales and performance-oriented mindset, with experience aligning campaigns to pipeline, revenue, or lead-quality goals. Marketing and Advertising expertise, particularly in Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, funnel strategy, and creative testing. Project Management skills to prioritize initiatives, manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience with analytics and tracking tools (e.g., Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, conversion APIs) and data-driven decision-making. Proven experience managing paid social campaigns at scale, ideally in B2B or demand generation contexts. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
