Meta/Facebook Lead Ads Manager Needed — $200 CPL Optimization Sprint We are looking for a fast, experienced Meta/Facebook Ads specialist who can build, launch, and optimize a complete Meta Lead Ads campaign. This project is for someone who can handle the full campaign process end-to-end, including creative strategy, hooks, ad copy, static image ads, lead form structure, campaign setup, compliance-safe positioning, launch support, review cycles, and optimization. This is not a role for someone who only knows how to click buttons inside Ads Manager. We need someone who understands that Meta advertising is now heavily creative-driven, especially in the current AI/Andromeda-style environment. We are specifically looking for someone who can move fast, use AI tools intelligently, create multiple image-based ad concepts quickly, and optimize toward a predetermined cost-per-lead goal. You should be comfortable using AI for: * Hook generation * Creative angle development * Static image ad creation * Ad copy variations * Lead form ideas * Campaign iteration * Fast testing and optimization We are not against AI. We expect you to use it well. PROJECT GOAL The goal of this $200 project is to build, launch, review, and optimize a Meta Lead Ads campaign toward a predetermined target CPL. Before launch, we will agree on a realistic target cost per lead based on the offer, market, budget, and campaign structure. The purpose of this project is not just to create ads. The purpose is to launch a campaign, evaluate the data, make improvements, and work toward reaching the agreed CPL target through structured optimization. Ad spend will be paid separately by us. If we are able to reach the agreed target CPL and the working relationship is strong, the freelancer may be offered an ongoing contract to continue managing the campaign, producing new creative, monitoring performance, and scaling results. WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: You will be responsible for: * Reviewing our offer, audience, and campaign objective * Helping define a realistic target CPL * Creating campaign angles and hooks * Producing static image-based lead ads * Writing primary text, headlines, and CTA direction * Building or recommending the Meta Lead Form structure * Setting up the campaign inside Meta Ads Manager * Ensuring the campaign is compliant and not hypey or policy-risky * Reviewing performance data after launch * Optimizing creative, copy, form structure, and campaign settings * Moving quickly with 24–48 hour turnaround times Our offers may involve business, financial, investment-adjacent, or professional-service positioning, so compliance matters. We need strong, clean, emotionally compelling lead ads that can scale. BUDGET: $200 Fixed Price This project will be broken into four $50 milestones focused on reaching the agreed CPL target. MILESTONE 1 — Setup and Launch Review the offer, audience, and objective. Agree on the initial CPL target. Create the first campaign angle, hooks, image ads, ad copy, lead form structure, and launch the campaign. MILESTONE 2 — Review 1 Review early campaign performance. Identify what is working, what is underperforming, and what needs to be adjusted. Make the first round of optimizations to improve CPL. MILESTONE 3 — Review 2 Review updated campaign performance after the first optimization round. Refine the creative, copy, lead form, campaign structure, or targeting as needed to move closer to the agreed CPL target. MILESTONE 4 — Review 3 Complete the final review and optimization cycle. Provide a summary of results, current CPL, what was learned, and recommendations for ongoing management or scaling if the campaign is performing well. IMPORTANT We are moving fast. We are looking for someone who can take basic guidance and turn it into a working campaign quickly. We do not want to spend weeks figuring out the creative direction. We want someone who can think, create, launch, review, optimize, and iterate. This project is designed to test whether you can help us build a campaign that moves toward a real business metric: cost per lead. APPLICATION QUESTIONS: Please answer these 3 questions: 1. What experience do you have creating and managing Meta Lead Ads, especially for service-based, business, financial, or compliance-sensitive offers? 2. Can you personally create static image ads using tools like Canva, Photoshop, Figma, Midjourney, ChatGPT, DALL-E, Ideogram, or other AI/design tools? 3. How would you approach launching and optimizing a Meta Lead Ads campaign toward a specific target CPL within 24–48 hours? PROOF OF SPEED & CREATIVE ABILITY If you are serious about this role, please include **3 quick image-based lead ad mockups** with your application. These do not need to be perfect polished ads. AI-generated or Canva-style mockups are fine. The goal is to show that you can quickly create compelling image ad concepts, hooks, and visual directions.
