Meta Ads Expert We need a results-driven Meta Ads Manager who builds campaigns that generate leads, sales, and revenue — not just impressions. --- WHAT YOU'LL DO * Build and manage 6 ad projects/month across Facebook & Instagram * Own the full strategy — from audience research to creative direction to funnel setup * Run and optimize retargeting campaigns * Test creatives, audiences, and messaging continuously * Deliver weekly performance reports every Saturday (Canva PPT format) * Join a bi-weekly call to review results and align on next steps --- 📊 KPIs THAT MATTER Your performance will be measured on: * Cost Per Lead (CPL) * ⁠Cost per order (For E-commerce) * Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) * Conversion Rate * Revenue/Lead Growth Month-over-Month Activity without results is not enough here. ✅ REQUIREMENTS * 3+ years managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) * Proven ability to build strategy independently — we don't hand you a playbook * Strong grasp of audiences, funnels, creatives, and conversion tracking * Available 10AM – 5PM Dubai Time (GST), Monday–Saturday is a must * Able to manage 6 projects/month consistently * Clear, proactive communicator --- 📁 TO APPLY Share 2–3 campaign examples with real numbers: CPL, ROAS, or revenue growth.
