Meta & Google Ads Media Buyer (Arabic Speaker)

We are a fast-growing startup looking for a highly analytical and data-driven Media Buyer to join our team full-time (Remote). We are not just looking for someone to launch ads; we need a strategic partner who treats our ad spend as an investment and deeply understands performance data. Key Responsibilities: Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Performance Max). Build full conversion funnels and ensure accurate tracking using Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel. Conduct continuous A/B testing for creatives and audiences to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). Provide clear reporting and make proactive, data-backed decisions to scale profitable ads and kill losing ones. Requirements & Professional Expectations: Native or fluent Arabic speaker (Mandatory). Proven experience managing budgets and delivering high ROAS on Meta and Google Ads. Full-time availability: You must be available and highly responsive during our core working hours. (We are looking for a dedicated team member, not a freelancer juggling multiple full-time clients). High Professionalism: Proactive communication, accountability, and the ability to troubleshoot problems rather than giving up on underperforming campaigns.
