ClosrTech is a lead generation company. Check us out at closrleads.com. We're hiring an experienced media buyer to run our Meta ad accounts (and eventually google) day to day and hit CPL targets. This is not traditional ecommerce. We generate leads to fulfill orders, each with specific state requirements and set demand. Spend is always tied to the demand we're filling. If we generate outside of it, it's overflow that loses money. If you've run CPL-based lead gen, this will feel familiar. Pure ecom/ROAS buyers, this is different. We have some parts of our ad account that run with AI. For example: geo-targeting (auto-syncs every 4 hours to demand), our AI suggestion tool (recommends moves — you make the calls), and creative production (made in-house). Again, we handle all creatives. What you do: Run the ad account day to day across ad sets. Take our uploaded creatives (they land in the ad account paused), clone them into the right ad sets, and run them. Manage budgets based on CPL and demand. Keep our CPL under $30 on every lead type. Cut underperforming creatives, and advise which new creative types to make next. This last part is key and this is where the creative strategy is. Since you are the one operating inside the ad account, we want your feedback. You'll get access to our admin dashboard to track CPL, pacing, and profitability. Requirements: Proven lead gen / CPL media buying experience (hard requirement — don't apply if you're purely ecom/ROAS). Hands-on with both Meta and Google. Comfortable managing budgets across many ad sets at once. Reliable daily availability. Tell me the lead gen verticals you've bought for and your typical CPL ranges. Applications that skip this get ignored. AI applications also get ignored. Looking forward to bringing on a solid media buyer partner.
