Meta Internal Support / Account Recovery Specialist (Instagram Restrictions)

We are seeking a well-connected Meta Support Specialist or someone with direct internal contacts at Meta to assist in resolving an urgent account restriction issue. Our brand is a high-growth influencer account with over 235,000 total followers. Due to an automated ManyChat automation error (a high-volume message spike), Meta’s automated system flagged and restricted the account. Standard support channels and tickets have yielded automated "no further action can be taken" responses. We need an expert who understands how to escalate policy restrictions through the correct internal channels to get a human review. Key Responsibilities: Review the current restriction status and the automated ticket history. Escalate the case through specialized Meta agency portals, internal contacts, or priority support channels. Successfully lift the messaging/account restriction to restore full operational capability. Required Qualifications & Experience: Proven Track Record: Experience successfully recovering restricted or disabled Instagram/Facebook creator accounts. Direct Connections: Access to Meta Internal Support, the Meta Agency Partner Portal, or direct internal escalation paths. Automation Familiarity: Clear understanding of Meta’s policies regarding third-party automation tools (ManyChat) to help frame the appeal effectively. Discretion & Professionalism: Absolute confidentiality regarding account data and brand partnerships. Project Type & Compensation: Project Type: One-time contract with high urgency.
