Meta Advertising Specialist Looking for a meta pro. Primary responsibility is to consistently improve our Facebook and Instagram advertising to generate high-quality leads for our Texas land business. We offer seller finance (Owner FInance) so this should be easy. Success comes from continuously testing new audiences, creatives, copy, videos, images, reel lengths, fonts, headlines, and landing pages to discover what performs best. Once something works, scale it. If it doesn't, replace it quickly. We want someone who owns the process from generating reels and images, AB testing, all the way through the lead generation funnel. Bring fresh ideas, measure everything, communicate results weekly, and work towards lowering our cost per qualified lead while increasing lead quality. ******Experience with FB marketplace, TikTok, SEO, and short-form content creation is a major plus for us Success Metrics: Cost per qualified lead: $3 target Launch new A/B tests each week Test new creative concepts each week Refresh ad creatives every 2 weeks or sooner if performance declines Weekly report showing: Cost per lead Click-through rate (CTR) Cost per click (CPC) Conversion rate Best-performing audience Best-performing creative Recommendations for the following week If you read this whole description, you are the detail oriented person we'd like to see!
