Summary

We're a performance marketing agency running paid social for a portfolio of DTC ecommerce brands (US-based clients). We're hiring a Media Buyer / Client Success Manager to own a book of client accounts end-to-end — launch, daily optimization, and client communication. This is a single-point-of-contact role. You run the ads and you own the relationship. You are NOT responsible for creative production — a separate team handles that. Your job is media buying, account management, and fast, reliable client communication. What you'll do: - Audit new clients' existing stores and ad accounts on onboarding; identify what to fix first - Set up and verify tracking (pixel, Conversions API, event setup) before launch - Launch, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns - Communicate with clients daily — status, results, next steps - Brief the internal team on each client's plan and progress - Monitor account health and react fast when something breaks (ad account restrictions, performance drops) What we need: - Proven Meta buying experience at real spend, ideally DTC ecommerce - You read performance data and act without hand-holding - Strong tracking knowledge: pixel, CAPI, event setup, basic attribution - Excellent written English and client communication - Reliability under pressure — when an account goes down, you fix it fast - Significant daily overlap with US business hours; this role requires fast response times to clients and team (target: under 10 minutes during active hours) How it works: - Ongoing, effectively full-time, but workload is uneven. Some days are quiet once accounts are running; other days are heavy and hands-on. What matters is that you're reachable and you own outcomes. - You'll handle multiple client accounts (currently ~10, scaling to 20+).
