We are specifically looking for someone with proven experience managing Meta advertising campaigns, working inside GoHighLevel, troubleshooting funnels and tracking, and communicating directly with clients. The Role You will be responsible for implementing, managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns and marketing systems for The Teacher Project’s Done For You clients. Your main job is to help assigned clients generate consistent leads and booked calls by ensuring their campaigns are launched correctly, monitored proactively and kept within agreed performance targets and advertising budgets. You’ll be working across: * Facebook and Instagram advertising * Meta Ads Manager * GoHighLevel * landing pages and booking funnels * CRM pipelines, tags and triggers * lead-routing systems * nurture automations * email campaigns * Meta Pixel and Conversions API * campaign tracking and reporting * client communication and performance updates You will be given campaign objectives, frameworks, strategic guidance and support by our internal team. However, we need someone who can take ownership of the day-to-day implementation and optimisation work without needing constant supervision. This role is part media buyer, part marketing systems implementer and part client account support. What You’ll Be Responsible For 1) Client Advertising Performance and Optimisation a. Managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple assigned client Meta ad accounts b. Maintaining agreed CPL, cost per booked call and CPA targets based on each client’s offer, market, funnel, advertising budget and campaign objective c. Checking the performance and key metrics of every active client account each working day d. Closely monitoring and optimising new campaigns during the first 72 hours after launch e. Completing at least one documented optimisation review for every assigned client account each week f. Scaling winning campaigns, pausing underperforming ads, adjusting budgets and rotating creatives based on campaign data g. Producing and testing new advertising creative and copy at least every two weeks, or sooner where performance requires it h. Maintaining a clear testing log across copy, creative, audiences, campaign structures, landing pages and booking flows i. Ensuring every active client account has a clear next test or optimisation priority each week j. Diagnosing campaign or funnel underperformance and recommending a clear recovery plan k. Managing client advertising budgets responsibly and preventing unauthorised overspending 2) Campaign Launches, Funnels and Marketing Technology a. Building, quality-assuring and launching assigned client campaigns by the agreed deadline b. Ensuring required funnel pages are fully built, tested and live before advertising spend begins c. Quality-assuring opt-in pages, VSL pages, application pages, booking pages and thank-you pages d. Confirming forms, links, calendars, redirects and mobile layouts are functioning correctly e. Installing and testing the Meta Pixel and Conversions API before campaigns go live f. Confirming that required tracking events are firing correctly g. Building and maintaining pipelines, tags, triggers, calendars and lead-routing systems inside GoHighLevel h. Setting up and maintaining nurture sequences, follow-up automations, lead notifications and email campaigns i. Sending client email campaigns where required as part of the Done For You service j. Securing required account access, client assets, approvals and login details k. Following up promptly when clients have not provided required assets or access l. Troubleshooting broken automations, tracking issues, calendar problems, lead-routing failures and integrations m. Completing weekly funnel reviews and making conversion-rate optimisation improvements based on live data n. Adjusting landing-page or booking-page copy where the data shows that the funnel is underperforming 3) Client Communication and Support a. Providing at least one Loom performance update or live update for every assigned client each week b. Clearly explaining campaign performance and technical information to clients who may not have marketing experience c. Communicating current results, recent changes, next tests and any actions required from the client d. Remaining available and responsive inside Slack during agreed working hours e. Attending scheduled weekly client check-ins f. Joining relevant client meetings alongside our internal team to provide advertising, funnel, tracking and technical feedback g. Leading ad hoc client calls when advertising, funnel, tracking or GoHighLevel support is required h. Delivering a full performance review for every new client between days 30 and 45 i. Requesting missing videos, images, testimonials, copy, access or approvals promptly j. Communicating underperformance honestly and proactively rather than waiting for the client to raise concerns k. Resolving routine client questions and technical issues without unnecessarily escalating them l. Maintaining a calm, professional and solutions-focused approach during difficult client conversations 4) Reporting, Documentation and Account Ownership a. Keeping client reporting dashboards and KPI trackers accurate and up to date b. Tracking the relevant advertising, funnel, lead, booked-call and acquisition metrics for every assigned client c. Recording significant campaign changes, budget changes, tests, technical fixes and strategic decisions d. Maintaining accurate notes and task updates inside ClickUp or the company’s designated project-management system e. Documenting the current performance, main constraint and next action for every client account f. Keeping testing logs up to date with what was tested, why it was tested, the result and the next decision g. Recording client-caused delays, missing assets, access issues and approval delays h. Flagging accounts at risk of missing performance or launch targets before the client raises the issue i. Identifying whether underperformance is being caused by advertising, creative, funnel conversion, tracking, follow-up, sales, offer or client implementation j. Knowing the latest numbers and current status of every assigned account before internal or client meetings k. Flagging recurring delivery issues or process inefficiencies that could affect client results or team capacity 5) Team Execution and Development a. Attending required internal team meetings, including scheduled Monday and Thursday meetings b. Attending weekly training, campaign-review and client-account strategy sessions c. Arriving at meetings with client numbers, blockers and next actions prepared d. Completing agreed campaign, funnel, technical and reporting tasks by their assigned deadlines e. Communicating early when a deadline or client result is at risk f. Applying feedback from the Head of Marketing and other team leaders quickly g. Sharing successful tests, funnel improvements and useful account learnings with the wider team h. Bringing new ideas, tools and approaches that could improve client performance or service delivery i. Flagging workload or capacity concerns before they begin affecting clients The full scorecard sets clear standards across account performance, campaign launches, technical reliability, weekly client communication, reporting and team execution. Have genuine experience managing Meta advertising campaigns for clients b. Be able to show examples of campaigns or accounts where you personally contributed to improving: * cost per lead * lead volume * cost per booked call * cost per acquisition * funnel conversion * campaign stability * return on ad spend c. Explain exactly what parts of the work you were personally responsible for For example: * campaign strategy * campaign builds * optimisation * creative testing * copywriting * funnel setup * tracking * reporting * client communication * GoHighLevel automations d. Have hands-on experience inside GoHighLevel e. Be comfortable with Meta Pixel, Conversions API and campaign tracking f. Have strong spoken and written English g. Be comfortable communicating directly with clients through Slack, Loom and Zoom h. Be able to work from SOPs and strategic direction while still using initiative and making day-to-day decisions i. Have reliable internet and the ability to remain responsive during agreed working hours Hours / Availability Part-time to start: 20+ hours per week You will need to be available and responsive during 9am–5pm EST, Monday to Friday, or as otherwise agreed. You will also need to be available for scheduled internal meetings, client meetings and new campaign launches. This is a remote role.
