Meta Media Buyer - Grey Hat Marketing Experience

I’m looking for an experienced Meta Media Buyer who specializes in (or has strong experience with) grey hat advertising strategies. We’re launching a new research peptides e-commerce brand and will be running paid Facebook/Instagram ads. Ad creatives are already being handled separately and we will be using an ad agency to have multiple meta ad accounts. I’m seeking someone who understands the research peptide niche or at minimum understands how to navigate and manage ad accounts for restricted niches such as (weight loss, health supplements, crypto, etc). Focusing on optimization, scaling, and maintaining account stability to avoid Meta shutdowns or restrictions.
