Meta Media Buyer for Multi-Offer Well-Known Personal Brand Account (Ongoing, US Hours Preferred)

Summary

Overview We run paid acquisition for a personal-brand education business. The account spans several offer types: a $27 digital product with order bumps and a higher-ticket ascension path, lead generation for free resources, and registration campaigns for challenges and webinars that feed higher-ticket programs. The front-end funnel is currently profitable with room to scale (blended AOV around $71.50, break-even CPA near $70, acquiring under $30), and we're expanding into more offers and more live events. We need someone to run and grow the whole account, not one campaign. What makes this role unusual We produce our own creative. Strategy, angles, scripts, and copy come from our side, and we have a deep library across formats: video, AI-produced narrative pieces, and a static system with new concepts entering weekly. You will never be waiting on assets, and you will never be asked to write the strategy unless you come up with good ideas that we can test. What we need is someone who lives in the account: structures campaigns across objectives, manages testing discipline, catches fatigue before it costs us, builds and maintains retargeting layers, and tells us what the data says before we ask. Responsibilities Campaign structure and daily management across purchase, lead, and registration objectives. Running launch windows for challenges and webinars, including registration-cost targets, pacing against a launch calendar, and reminder/retargeting sequences. Managing evergreen purchase campaigns alongside launch pushes without letting one cannibalize the other. Loading creative from build sheets exactly as specced. Testing at ad level with one-variable discipline. Building and maintaining audience layers, exclusions, and lookalikes off buyer and registrant lists. Setting up automated guardrails so the account is protected on weekends and off-hours. Weekly reporting at ad level with written commentary on what won, what got killed, and why. Proactive recommendations when the data warrants them, not on a calendar. Requirements Three-plus years buying Meta ads with direct accountability for spend. Experience across both purchase-objective funnels (where bumps and upsells carry the economics) and registration-objective campaigns for webinars, challenges, or live launches. Fluent in cost per liquidated cart, cost per registration, AOV-based break-evens, and the difference between creative fatigue and delivery decay. Comfortable running an account where the creative is not yours and your job is execution and analysis. Strong written communication; we work asynchronously and expect clarity. Nice to have Experience with info products, coaching, or education offers. Experience with GoHighLevel. Familiarity with US audiences of professional women 38-55. Working arrangement Ongoing engagement with room to grow as we add offers. US business-hours overlap strongly preferred. Some weekend account monitoring is expected during launches and scaling pushes and is compensated. Communication and updates via Slack/WhatsApp. To apply Please skip the general pitch. Answer these 5 questions: 1) Describe an account where cost per result rose sharply while frequency stayed low. What did you diagnose and what did you do? 2) How do you decide when to scale a winning ad set, and by how much? 3) If a client's ad has strong hook rate and CTR but no purchases, what's your first move? 4) Do you have a dedicated Meta rep? If so, how have you used them? 5) How do you pace spend across a webinar or challenge launch window, and what do you do when registrations come in cheap but show-up rate is poor? Applications without answers to all 5 questions won't be reviewed. Thanks!
