Meta Offline Conversions Specialist Needed

I'm looking for an experienced Meta Offline Conversions specialist to set up a robust and reliable system that sends offline conversion events from Google Sheets back to Meta Ads. This is a performance-critical project for an important client, so I'm looking for someone who is a genuine expert—not someone learning on the job. Current Process Meta Lead Forms generate leads. Leads are automatically added to Google Sheets. Once a lead has been qualified by our team, the row is updated (e.g. a status changes to "Qualified" or similar) but theres no tracking event yet. That row update should trigger an offline conversion event to Meta so the campaign can optimise towards high-quality leads as quickly and accurately as possible. What I'm Looking For Extensive experience implementing Meta Offline Conversions and/or the Meta Conversions API. Strong understanding of how Meta's optimisation and learning systems work. Experience using Google Sheets as the source of offline conversion events. Experience with Zapier is preferred, although I'm completely open to alternative solutions if you believe they are more reliable, faster or better suited. Ability to advise on best practices rather than simply following instructions. The Goal The objective is to create the most effective setup possible so Meta receives high-quality conversion signals quickly, allowing the campaign to learn efficiently and optimise for the right users. If there are ways to improve the process beyond what I've described, I'd expect you to explain them and recommend the best approach.
