Performance Media Buyer — Facebook Ads (Ongoing) We're a Auckland-based digital marketing agency managing paid social campaigns for a portfolio of ecommerce and service clients across New Zealand and Australia. We're looking for an experienced media buyer to manage and optimise Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns on behalf of our clients. This is an ongoing hourly engagement with consistent work for the right person. What you'll be doing Managing Meta Ads campaigns across a portfolio of clients Campaign setup, audience building, creative testing, and ongoing optimisation Monitoring performance daily and making proactive adjustments Reporting on results with clear commentary on what's working and what isn't Flagging issues or anomalies before they become client problems What we need from you Proven Meta Ads experience managing real client budgets (not just your own accounts) Strong ROAS focus — you understand that every dollar needs to work Comfortable working independently and asynchronously Reliable, communicative, and organised Experience with ecommerce clients preferred Google Ads experience is a bonus but not required A few things to know NZ/AU time zone strongly preferred You'll work closely with our account leads and report into our Head of Performance We use change logs — every account modification gets documented To apply, please share examples of campaigns you've managed, typical budgets handled, and average ROAS outcomes where possible.
