Meta Ad Specialist

Eastman Supply Company is looking for a skilled Meta Ads Manager to oversee 5 to 8 client accounts with a dual focus on enhanced organic content and strategic paid advertising aligned to each client's unique business goals. In this role, you will develop and execute full-funnel Meta strategies across Facebook and Instagram — growing organic presence through engaging, on-brand content while directing ad campaigns that are purposeful, data-driven, and tied directly to measurable client outcomes. You'll take time to understand each client's business objectives and translate them into targeted advertising strategies that deliver real results. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience managing multiple Meta accounts, a strong grasp of both organic growth tactics and paid media best practices, and the ability to think strategically while executing with precision. Compensation is structured on a per-account retainer basis, rewarding growth as your portfolio of accounts expands.
