Meta Static Ad Designer & Strategist — Long-Term, Ongoing Role

We're a professional salon apparel brand selling to over 10,000 salons nationwide. We make capes, aprons, robes, and apparel built for working stylists, and we grow almost entirely through Meta advertising. We know what we sell works. We need someone who knows how to make people stop scrolling. We're looking for an expert Meta static ad creator to join us on a long-term, ongoing basis. This isn't a one-off project we want someone who becomes a true in-house partner, deeply familiar with our brand, our customers, and our creative strategy over time. What You'll Be Doing Designing high-converting static ad creatives for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) across multiple campaigns and product launches Collaborating with us on creative strategy not just execution, but helping us think through angles, hooks, and what to test next Building a consistent creative pipeline to support ongoing product drops and promotions throughout the year Iterating on winning concepts and helping us identify what's working and why Who We're Looking For A true expert in Meta static ads you understand what performs, not just what looks good Someone with a track record of creating direct-response creatives that drive real ROAS A strategic thinker who can help us develop concepts, not just take direction Experience in e-commerce or product-based brands is a strong plus Reliable, communicative, and able to work within a consistent turnaround cadence This is a long-term role we're not interested in one-and-done freelancers To Apply, Please Answer the Following: Why are you a good fit for DuraSilk specifically?
