We're launching paid ads and need a performance media buyer to set up and run our first campaigns, starting with a lean test budget and scaling as results come in. Initial focus is metro Atlanta. What you'll do Set up and structure our Meta campaigns (Sales objective) from scratch Build and test audiences (broad + dog-owner interests) Verify tracking is solid (Meta Pixel + Conversions API) before any spend Optimize toward a target cost-per-purchase / ROAS — kill losers, scale winners Report results and next steps on a set cadence What we're looking for Proven DTC/eCommerce media-buying experience with real ROAS or CPA results (please share numbers) Strong in Meta Ads Manager, pixel/CAPI, and lean-budget optimization Comfortable running and learning from a small test budget — this is a starting point, not the ceiling Clear communicator in English Nice to have TikTok Ads / TikTok Shop experience Shopify experience; pet or consumable-product background What we provide Live store/landing page, product info, and creative assets Ad account + pixel access as a partner (we keep ownership) Budget & engagement Ad spend: ~$1,000 for the initial test, separate from your fee Start: a fixed-scope test project (~[2–4] weeks), with strong potential for an ongoing monthly retainer if results are good In your proposal, tell us your fee and what scope it covers.
