Meta Video Editor (Full Time, In House)

Who I am I run a fast growing DTC skincare and supplement brand. We sell hero products like our Collagen Jelly Sticks and PDRN Under Eye Repair Serum, and we're scaling hard on Meta. I've built and exited a brand before, so I know what good looks like and I move fast. What you'll do You'll live inside our Meta ad account, cutting short form video ads that stop the scroll and actually convert. UGC edits, hook testing, listicle and advertorial style videos, retention edits, the works. You'll be cranking out volume every week and iterating off the data, not just making one pretty video and calling it a day. Who I'm looking for Someone hungry. Someone who treats this like their own brand and wants to win. I want a killer who's obsessed with hooks, pacing, and pulling people through a video. If you watch winning ads in your free time and reverse engineer why they work, we'll get along. I care about results, not just aesthetics. A clean edit that doesn't sell is worthless to me. Spend, ROAS, revenue generated, CPA, whatever numbers you have. I want to see that your edits made money, not just that they looked good. Applications without performance numbers will get skipped.
