Meta Video Ad Editor Needed - Experienced

Hi, We need a finished Meta vertical video ad with our logos and captions added. I'll provide a edited video as the core but I need the titles added for users with no sound to the middle of the video in a readable san-serif font. Also we need copyright free music added we need to see the copyright free license upon delivery. It should match the vibe of the video and be happy but not distracting over the voice.
