E-commerce Marketing Specialist (Klaviyo + Meta + Google Ads) Field Day is an independent women's clothing brand thoughtfully creating small-batch apparel in California. We're looking for a marketing partner who can help us grow sustainably through email marketing, customer retention, and paid advertising. This is an ongoing freelance role for someone who enjoys working closely with a founder-led brand and can combine strategy with execution. Responsibilities Email Marketing & Klaviyo Create and send 2 marketing emails/newsletters per month Write compelling email copy that aligns with our brand voice Design emails in Klaviyo using provided photos, videos, and product assets Suggest subject line tests and performance improvements Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations Audit and optimize existing Klaviyo flows Create new flows as needed Improve open rates, click rates, conversion rates, and revenue generated from flows Identify opportunities for segmentation, personalization, and retention marketing Meta Advertising Manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram campaigns Monitor performance and make strategic recommendations Develop new ad concepts, testing ideas, and campaign strategies Help identify opportunities to scale profitable campaigns Provide reporting and actionable insights Google Advertising Manage Google Shopping and Search campaigns Optimize bids, budgets, audiences, and product feeds Identify opportunities to increase profitable traffic and revenue Monitor performance and provide recommendations Current Performance We are not starting from scratch. Current ad spend is approximately: Meta: $2,000/month Google: $500/month Current performance averages: Meta ROAS: 9+ Google ROAS: 11+ We are looking for someone who can help us scale profitably, improve creative strategy, and increase new customer acquisition while maintaining healthy returns.
