Meta and Social Media Ads

Orchid is looking for a creative and data-driven Ad & Social Media Specialist to manage and optimize our paid advertising and social media presence. This person will be responsible for creating Meta ads, testing campaigns, improving lead generation, writing engaging copy, monitoring performance, and helping Orchid reach more U.S. business owners, real estate agents, and law firms. The ideal candidate understands how to turn strategy into content, knows how to create ads that actually convert, and is comfortable working with performance metrics, social media trends, and brand messaging. Key Responsibilities: Manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. Create, test, and optimize ads focused on lead generation. Write short, persuasive ad copy and captions. Support Orchid’s social media content strategy. Track campaign performance and suggest improvements. Help position Orchid as a premium bilingual staffing solution for U.S. businesses. Ideal Profile: Experience with Meta Ads Manager. Strong copywriting and content creation skills. Understanding of lead generation campaigns. Creative mindset with attention to data. Fluent or highly proficient in English. Experience with B2B, staffing, real estate, or legal marketing is a plus.
