Summary

We are a growing consumer products brand seeking an experienced paid media contractor to create and manage advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and/or TikTok. Scope of Work • Build, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager • Develop audience targeting strategies, creative briefs, and A/B testing frameworks • Monitor daily spend, ROAS, CPM, CPC, CTR, and other KPIs; adjust bids and budgets proactively • Provide weekly performance reports with clear takeaways and next-step recommendations • Collaborate with internal team on creative direction and landing page alignment Requirements • Experience managing paid campaigns on Meta and or TikTok — both platforms required • Demonstrated ability to scale spend profitably (not just launch campaigns) • Experience with e-commerce or DTC consumer brands preferred • Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and basic attribution tools • Strong analytical mindset — you live in the data What We Need From You • Portfolio or case studies showing campaign results you personally managed (before/after metrics, ROAS improvements, scale milestones) • Brief summary of your approach to a new account audit • Your hourly rate or monthly retainer expectation Compensation Rate negotiable for the right candidate with proven results.
