AI Meta video ads (podcast interview of founder)
Worldwide
1. Background Palate Project is a US-based D2C e-commerce company that imports Japanese sake directly from small family-owned breweries, bypassing the traditional three-tier distribution system. The brand rebranded from Tippsy Sake to Palate Project in May 2026 to reflect a broader mission: making Japanese sake more accessible to American consumers. Founder & CEO Genki Ito was just interviewed on Japan Eats!, a food-culture podcast from Heritage Radio Network, discussing the founding story, the direct-import model, and why it matters for both small Japanese breweries and American consumers. Objective Turn this founder-story interview audio into short, scroll-stopping AI video ad variations for Meta (Instagram/Facebook) feed and Stories testing. This is a paid trial to evaluate fit for an ongoing weekly creative production relationship. The goal is not a single polished "brand video" — it's multiple testable hook variations we can run against each other to find what resonates, per our creative testing framework. 3. Source Material Provided by Palate Project Full audio of the Japan Eats! episode (link above) Product photography (sake bottles, packaging) Brand assets: logo, color palette, brand guidelines (to be shared on kickoff) B-roll (brewery footage, team tasting footage, FFB content): to be provided separately by Palate team after kickoff. Freelancer should build the first pass using audio + captions + available product/photo assets, and b-roll can be layered in during the revision round once received.
