Metricool + ManyChat Setup for Small Business Marketing Operation

We need an experienced social media operations specialist to set up and configure two tools for a small business marketing operation: Metricool and ManyChat. This is a one-time setup project with documentation, not an ongoing management role. Scope of work: Metricool — Connect and verify Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook accounts (both personal and business profiles). Configure the publishing calendar and confirm it works with test posts. Set up automated weekly performance reporting. ManyChat — Connect Instagram and WhatsApp. Build a basic auto-response flow for incoming messages. Configure contact tagging so genuine inquiries are separated from general traffic. Set up a clean handoff to a human when a conversation warrants it. Documentation — Written operating manual with screenshots covering both tools, so our internal team can maintain and adjust the setup independently after handoff. This is a required deliverable, not optional. What we are looking for: - Demonstrated experience configuring Metricool and ManyChat specifically (please reference actual projects in your proposal) - Comfortable working with both Instagram and WhatsApp integrations - Clear written communication in English - Available to complete the work within 7 to 10 days Please include in your proposal: a brief description of a similar setup you have completed, your estimated hours, and any questions about the scope.
