Mexican City Translator Communication Specialist

I need someone to assist in communication manufacturers and forwarders. I need someone organized and direct. Someone who can handle communication even if something was broken and to be return. I have a Mexican forwarder that is not communicative and therefore I need someone in Mexico city to take care of communication and also if necessary go direct to them. I also need someone to go to our Mexuco City location where product is to take photos and answer questions when we need them to. Also to go to the crate mfg to check the crate and if everything looks like it was packed properly. Also I need to possibly search for a new forwarder asap in Mexico City.
