Summary

We are preparing to launch a new social entertainment app and are looking for an experienced micro-influencer marketing agency or influencer campaign manager that already has access to a large network of micro-influencers. We are especially interested in influencers on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. The ideal partner should be able to source, manage, and coordinate multiple micro-influencers for app promotion campaigns. Responsibilities You will be responsible for: 1. Finding and recruiting relevant micro-influencers for our app launch 2. Managing influencer outreach, communication, and campaign coordination 3. Helping us select influencers based on audience fit, engagement rate, niche, and location 4. Planning influencer campaign structures for app awareness and downloads 5. Coordinating content posting schedules Tracking campaign performance, including views, engagement, clicks, downloads, and conversion 6. Helping us test different influencer categories and content angles 7. Providing campaign reports and recommendations after each test Influencer Types We Are Looking For We are especially interested in micro-influencers related to: 1. TikTok creators 2. Instagram creators 3. Lifestyle creators 4. Challenge / trend creators 5. Meme and entertainment creators 6. College / student communities 7. Gen Z communities 8. Social app / community app audiences 9. U.S.-based creators Requirements We are looking for an agency or manager that has: 1. An existing network of micro-influencers Experience running influencer campaigns on TikTok and Instagram 2. Ability to manage multiple creators at the same time 3. Experience with app promotion campaigns is preferred 4. Strong understanding of creator pricing, negotiation, and campaign execution 5. Ability to provide case studies or examples of previous influencer campaigns 6. Clear reporting and communication Nice to Have 1. Experience promoting mobile apps 2. Experience with UGC campaigns 3. Experience targeting the U.S. market 4. Experience working with social, entertainment, lifestyle, or community-based products 5. Ability to scale campaigns from small tests to larger influencer activations About the App We are building an early-stage social entertainment app that is currently preparing for launch. We are looking for an influencer marketing partner who can help us introduce the app to early users and build initial market awareness. Further details about the app, its core features, target audience, and positioning will be discussed during the meeting. Contract Type We are open to starting with a small test campaign first. If the results are strong, we are interested in building a long-term partnership. We are not looking for a one-time freelancer only. We are looking for a long-term marketing partner who can grow with our company and become closely involved in the launch and growth of the app.
