Micro Influencer Recruitment Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Influencer Recruitment Manager to help grow our affiliate program by onboarding high-quality micro influencers in the pet niche. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and recruiting influencers across multiple social media platforms to join our affiliate program. About the Product： Our Smart Dog Tags use QR code technology to help reunite lost pets with their owners quickly and safely — no batteries or apps required. When someone scans the QR code, they can instantly access the pet’s information and contact the owner. Responsibilities: Source and identify micro influencers (10,000+ followers) across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and X (Twitter) Conduct outreach using your own social media accounts and/or email Clearly communicate the benefits and value of our affiliate program Encourage influencers to sign up and participate in campaigns Track outreach activities, follow-ups, and recruitment progress Maintain organized records of influencer contacts and responses Requirements: Experience in influencer outreach, affiliate marketing, or social media management Active social media accounts and/or email accounts for outreach purposes Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet recruitment goals Familiarity with influencer trends, engagement metrics, and creator niches Target Influencers: Micro influencers with 10,000+ followers Engagement rate above 1% Focused on the pet niche Creator Benefits 1.
