Microsoft 365 Consultant – Well-being Program System (Planner, Lists, Dashboard)

) 🔷 Description We are building a structured Well-being Department operational system within Microsoft 365 (Planner, Lists, SharePoint, and dashboards). We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 / Power Platform consultant to help design and implement a clean, user-friendly, and data-driven system that supports planning, tracking, reporting, and KPI visibility. 🔷 Scope of Work The consultant will support in setting up and optimizing: 1. Planning System Microsoft Planner setup for annual and monthly well-being initiatives Structuring tasks by month and strategic priority Creating efficient workflows for execution tracking 2. Tracking & Data System (Core) Microsoft Lists configuration as the central tracking system Structuring fields such as: Strategic priority ownership participation numbers budgets status survey tracking Ensuring the system supports measurable outcomes and reporting 3. Documentation System SharePoint structure for storing: posters photos reports Linking documents with the tracking system 4. KPI Dashboard (Very Important) Creating a clear dashboard (Power BI or Excel) showing: number of initiatives participation rates program completion survey results budget tracking 👉 The goal is to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement, including tracking participation, surveys, and reporting outcomes. 5. System Integration & Structure Ensure all tools are logically connected: Planner (execution) Lists (data tracking) SharePoint (files) Dashboard (reporting) Create a simple and scalable structure that the team can use daily 🔷 Deliverables Fully structured Microsoft Planner environment Configured Microsoft List (tracking system) Organized SharePoint document structure KPI dashboard (Power BI or Excel) Clear guidance for internal team use 🔷 Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone with experience in: Microsoft 365 (Planner, Lists, SharePoint) Power BI (preferred) Process design and system structuring Dashboard creation and KPI reporting Experience working with HR, training, or wellbeing departments is a plus 🔷 Additional Notes This project is not about generic setup — it must align with a structured wellbeing program system focused on: participation tracking survey feedback reporting and evaluation continuous improvement “Please share examples of similar systems or dashboards you have built.”
