Microsoft 365 Expert & Security Specialist

We are seeking an expert to tighten our organization’s security posture, specifically around protecting a high volume of PII documents. The candidate must be a true Microsoft expert capable of leading our Google Workspace to Outlook migration and resolving post-migration issues from our RingCentral to Teams transition (specifically regarding voicemail notifications). Collaboration with our IT team is essential to assess vulnerabilities and develop a robust security framework. Core Responsibilities: Design and deploy robust security and compliance frameworks within M365 to protect PII. Manage and optimize Microsoft Intune policies. Lead the migration from Google Workspace to Outlook. Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft Teams notification and voicemail issues following our RingCentral migration. Requirements: Deep, expert-level technical knowledge of M365 security features and PII data protection. Proven experience in complex cloud migrations (Google to Outlook) and Teams telephony troubleshooting. Strong communication skills for team collaboration.
