Microsoft 365 Migration & Security Engineer (Google Workspace to Microsoft 365) – Fluent Spanish

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Migration & Security Engineer to support a Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 migration project for a client in Puerto Rico. Project Overview Source Environment: Google Workspace Destination Environment: Microsoft 365 E3 User Count: 65 Users Estimated Data Volume: Approximately 1.5 TB Migration Tool: BitTitan MigrationWiz Expected Project Start: Within 30 Days Estimated Migration Duration: Approximately 2 Weeks Engagement Type: Fixed Price Microsoft 365 licenses are expected to be provisioned within the next 30 days, at which point the migration project will commence. Scope of Work The selected consultant will be responsible for: Migration Services Reviewing the migration scope and validating readiness Configuring and validating BitTitan MigrationWiz Migrating Gmail to Exchange Online Migrating Google Drive data to OneDrive Assisting with SharePoint Online configuration and preparation Assisting with Microsoft 365 tenant preparation and validation Validating DNS configuration (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) Conducting migration testing and pilot validation Supporting final cutover activities Providing post-migration support during the stabilization period Working closely with our project lead and client stakeholders Security & Compliance Services Microsoft Entra ID security configuration Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) deployment and enforcement Conditional Access policy implementation Legacy authentication review and remediation Exchange Online security configuration Anti-spam and anti-phishing policy configuration SharePoint and OneDrive sharing policy configuration External sharing and guest access review Security hardening recommendations and documentation Knowledge transfer to project stakeholders Required Qualifications Proven experience with Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 migrations Strong hands-on experience with BitTitan MigrationWiz Experience with Exchange Online, Microsoft Entra ID, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive Experience implementing Microsoft 365 security best practices Experience with MFA and Conditional Access policies Ability to troubleshoot migration, authentication, and security-related issues Strong communication and documentation skills Preferred Qualifications Microsoft certifications (Microsoft 365, Security, Identity, or Azure) Experience with Microsoft Defender for Office 365 Experience supporting organizations with 50+ users Experience supporting clients in Puerto Rico or Latin America Language Requirements Fluent Spanish (Required) Professional English (Required) The consultant must be comfortable participating in technical meetings and discussing migration-related topics with Spanish-speaking stakeholders.
